Today's young athletes are playing at higher levels of competition than they ever have before. This means they should focus on training movements not only within his/her sport, but also training functional movements that will lower risk of injury and increase levels of performance. What we provide is a strength and conditioning program designed for the needs of a developing athlete. This program places a large focus on injury prevention and efficient movement patterns, both of which are necessary fundamental elements to develop strength, power and speed. The goal is promote discipline and good habits within their training regimen. Below is a basic outline of what is involved in our program. We focus on certain elements more depending o n the age and skill level of the athlete.
