Gabriel Blanco
FOUNDER/TRAINER
Gabriel Blanco is the founder of Never Stop Improving LLC. He specializes in strength and conditioning programming through personal assessment. Dedicated to creating change in the lives his clients, Gabe dives deep to understand their lifestyle patterns in order to capitalize on productivity and create change. "I try to get people understand that they shouldn't live according to where they've been. They should live according to where they see themselves going."
After a successful high school athletic career in basketball, Gabriel was unable to pursue sports in college due to a series of injuries. Once he began his career fitness he learned that many of the injuries that prevented him from pursuing Division 1 basketball could have been avoided had he taken the time to improve his functional strength and mobility. This is what motivates him everyday to equip individuals to take their fitness to new levels while minimizing the risk of injuries.
Now you can find Gabe teaching fitness classes and training personal clients to create change in both mind and body. He is always looking for motivated clients who are looking to create change.

Mike Jock
Co-Owner/TRAINER
Mike has had a love for fitness since an early age. He's played every sport under the sun and was always moving a mile-a-minute. His passion for movement and fitness has since propelled him to become one of the most sought after trainers and instructors in NYC and East Hampton. He majored in Kinesiology Fitness Development at SUNY Cortland and was the captian of the men's soccer team. Mike has also competed competitively in Crossfit competitions, obstacles races, full and ultra marathons, including the Vermont 100-mile endurance run in 2014.
He has always been an athlete and continues to strive to reach his own fitness potential. He finds his best by asking himself, “am I better than yesterday?” whether it’s accomplishing something new, improving a client’s life, teaching someone something or setting a new personal record.

James Eichas
Co-Owner/TRAINER
With a strong sports background and fervor for knowledge James is committed to helping others achieve personal and athletic goals. James' passion for sports has always been present for both playing and coaching. Growing up in Rochester, NY he excelled in soccer, basketball, lacrosse and baseball. James has worked with many different types of individuals, from those just wanting to stay healthy, to Division I football and soccer athletes and professional hockey and soccer players.
James earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Fitness Development at the State University of New York at Cortland. While at Cortland he was a two year starter, two year captain and one year assistant coach for the Men’s soccer program.
After coming to Exceed, he was honored as one of RateYourBurn’s 2012 Top TRX Instructors and is certified through TRX, AFAA, CPR, First Aid, and AED.
